For the Cake;
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon
